EYE ON EBAY-------Turning plastic into gold

A strange alchemy at work here that can turn Plastic Land by The Tunnelrunners into a solid gold seller achieving £719 for Modboy1, one of those ebay merchants who regularly turns up rarities. This came with all the inserts so it was an attractive package. Reissue on Sing Sing records.

A quick Google could've pointed the buyer to a better-condition copy at half that end-price with me, but I s'pose that's the magic of the 'Bay!

Steve - Don't suppose you'd like to scan the lyric sheet for me (my copy doesn't have it)(bit rude but you gotta ask!!!)

The Sing Sing re-issue has a replica of the lyric sheet if Steve doesn't have it.

Steve, did you really bin all those "100 MPH" EP's?

I'll be getting my copy from Sing Sing. Think this would have sold for half that if it hadn't have been Modboy1 selling it.

bristolboy - sent!

'Trash - yep!

Record's been relisted cos the top bidder's flaked, by the look of it.

Shall we start a book on the end-price this time? Bags-I 530euros.
Eyes down.

Don't work in euros over here, not yet anyway. I'll guess it'll stall at £395.

Have just ordered my copy from Sing Sing.

I think it went for £520 and if bristolboy wants the lyric sheet I can send you a copy

I think it went for £520 in the end. If bristolboy still wants a copy of the lyric sheet I can send the scan of the original I sent to Sing Sing to do the re-issue.

thanks for the offer Madog but S at low down kids was generous enough to send me a scan (so I now have it)
