EYE ON EBAY------Secondhand Escort is a nice little earner

I'm in a fug of bewilderment. Who were the Escorts? Their single on Rainbow Sound burned rubber to the tune of £137. Do any of my faithful followers know anything about this bunch? They've got me in a wheel spin.

Nice record. Was one of the most frustrating mysteries for a long time.

I knew one of you would come good.

I notice thanks go to Bradders at the bottom of that link you gave me, which happens to be the seller's name so maybe he's got a few more to offload. I'm waiting, fingers flexing.

'Bradders' is yer Junk Box Jury bloke; the eBay seller is a 'bladderswell' - different chap. I'm inclined to think that there isn't a ready supply-box at the source, cos if there was Dizzy (Detour, Bored Teenagers) would've hoovered them when he contacted the band. (You didn't, Diz, did you?) That's not totally to say that a stray few inadvertently mislaid with a roadie or at the drummer's gran's won't get spooked by the eBay dollar, though (it's amazing what copies can still be turned up of stuff long after the band have scoured every nook and cranny and have 'absolutely none more left whatsoever') so you never know. Fingers crossed.

In reference to the Bradders mistake, sorry me not concentrating there.

Congratulations Bristolboy. It's a great feeling to get something you've wanted for ages no matter what the cost; I should know.
